Proud new owner of 07 camry SE!!

i just wanted to stop by and say hi to everybody on the boards. i just got my 07 SE yesterday in silver (i would've got charcoal metallic if they had it). i've been looking at pictures of everybody's car and they all look really nice.

i have big plans for this car in the future so i was wondering if you camry veterans can give a n00b some ideas on what i should start off with. i was thinkin about getting the door sills but i forgot what site i was on when i read that the first batch of door sills made would scratch the bottom of the door. anybody know anything about this? thanks for the opinions!!

oh i forgot to mention i got the cheapest package on my SE. i was told that it's rather hard to find a fully loaded SE so if any of you guys have one i'd like to see some pictures of your interior. Thanks guys! looking forward to getting to know all of you.

Congrat on your new car. Great choice of color
Here is the list of mods I would suggest:
- Tint
- New wheels (click here for a great set of 18" TRD wheels http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/t211688.html)
- Lowered with TRD/Eibach springs
- HID (don't forget to cover your squirrel spotter)
- Red out tailights
Just a few for you to start. Welcome aboard.

hey guys thanks for the warm welcome. i got a v6 but i had to do some convincing on the parents and it's an automatic. no pictures yet but i don't know why anybody want to look at a stock se.

i was thinking about tinting today (day after i got my car) but i think i'm gonna wait about a week. does anybody know anything about the door sills? i know you guys probably think it's a lame mod but i think it looks neat. thanks for the other suggestions and i'll keep them in mind as well. by the way what do you mean by covering the squirrel spotters? haha sorry guys i'm a complete n00b with cars.

nobody here has a 07 se with the fullly loaded package that includes dvd navigation? i want to see!!!

Akira's car is one of the best rides on this forum.
For the squirrel spotter, do a search on "Glare still there..."
