What is the estimated MPG difference going from the stock 17" wheels set up to 20" wheels?

Fuel mileage, acceleration, handling, and braking will all be worse.

It will depend more on your driving style. Basically, the things that hurt fuel mileage normally will be exaggerated with the larger and heavier wheels.

+1 I went from 20" to 18". TRD VVTi is right.
