5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
and if not, then how would something like that work? does the fake tip just bolt on to the body kit itself, or does something have to be fabricated to hold it?
I would just advise you not to use that word again. Its offensive. Answer to your question that bodykit looks great!

Always got something else in mind...
LOL fake left exhaust. The tip isn't even the correct size or shape!
Not to mention how dual mufflers would be useless for a 4-banger.
Heck most V8-powered vehicles still use a single large muffler. Why would a 4-banger need anything more? It's like I keep on seeing ridiculous crap like VW Jettas with quad exhaust pipes (M3 style) or this one old Mazda MX-3 with two separate mufflers. Except the add-on muffler was pointed outwards at an angle instead of straight. Honestly the people who drive these things must have been neglected as a child and want attention (good or bad) today real bad.

Hey, I'm all for dual exhaust for the look, and it actually can improve throttle response if it's a split in the back. But that is just so obviously fake...

Easy there tiger.
I wanted the dual exhaust for look only. I knew there will be no hp gain. In fact, I expected a little less back pressure but not enough that I can "feel" it. It merely for the look.

I will not actually improve throttle response if it's split in the back. That location has NOTHING to do with exhaust scavenging. If you don't know what that means, it just proves that you don't really know what you're talking about.
Lammy added a muffler and exhaust tip on his Gen 6 and it looks perfect. That's the route that I'd go.
