Gen5 HID's w/o retrofits

can someone please link me to the thread about HID kits installed without doing a projector retrofit? i want to see pictures of beam patterns when projectors are not used, basically when u just drop in a kit using the OEM reflector headlight housing.

i can only find threads about the CORRECT method to install HID's. btw, i have a Gen5.5. thnx!

Here is the thread from 2005 Camry with HID kit installed without doing a projector retrofit. It's really scary.....enter as your own risk
Look closely at post #48, 49 and 53
My 2005 Camry LE with 10 000K HID's

there is no beam pattern without projectors... There isn't even a beam! Its just light all over the damn place blinding people.

Do it the right way and get some projectors...

Of course your only going to find threads on doing it the correct way...

I also agree.

If it was a good idea, I'd do it too. It's not though. So I won't.

Please don't do it.
