Gabriel shocks???

I know it is hard to find Gen 5 shocks for the camry, does anyone know anything about Gabriel shocks? http://www.gabriel.com/ . They have an application for our car and it is the Ultra shock Absorbers. I'm not sure if they are similar as the KYB.

if this is the same Gabriel shock company i'm thinking of then you should stay very far way from that crap.
when i was youger i worked at pepboys and they had Gabriels. they were really cheap and bad. they would also leak after a year or so.

I put Gabriels on my Celica and I'm not at all impressed. I'd stay clear. Try www.shox.com.

I would look for KYB's or another brand. The Gabriels I have use din the past have been junk.

I have used gabriels years ago and won't use them again, they were that bad. I have not heard great things from the KYB shocks either, the bottom line they carry.

Wow. I was thinking that Gabriel shocks sucked too but didn't expect EVERYONE to feel the same way.

Yeah my Celica's front struts bottom out a lot and I'm thinking the Gabriels have something to do with it. I would swap them out except...well, except I REALLY don't want to...
