A/C air flow to floor not working

Model : 2003 Camry LE 52K

My A/C is working fine, but when I change the air flow to floor, the air comes through the defroster and no air at the back also. what is the problem and how can I fix it. Is there anything I can check and correct it.

Check pages 55-2, 55-3, 55-7, and 55-8.

EDIT: Actually went into the manual after CorCamrySE posted the link. I was being lazy before. Sorry.

It's probably one of these:

1. Mode damper servo sub–assy
2. A/C cotrol assy
3. Wire harness or connector
