Wheels for 08 Camry

My mom just got a new 08 camry black and she's not happy with the stock rims. She wants to stay with 16" but want them to be...shiner lol... so im guessing chrome would be the best way to go. Price range would be about $500 for the whole shi bang. Any advise or direction would be greatly welcome; i tried to search on google and ebay but came up empty

You are right, I couldn't find any chrome for 16". But I found these hyper-silver finish
