Gen5 2006 Camry Door Panel Removal

I removed the front door interior panels to change my speakers and have a quick question.
There are two screws at the bottom of the panel that screw into the door via a couple of square plastic inserts. When I tightened the two screws I found the inserts seem to be stripped even though I was very careful not to over tighten them.
Has anyone ever replaced these square plastic inserts?
Are the easy to replace?
Are they available from the dealer?

Fyi

Ok guys, if anyone is interested I just got back from my Toyota dealer.
They had some in stock, part # 90189-04200 at $1.17 each.
There are 3 per door panel and the old ones came off pretty easy.

I have a set of instructions from Crutchfield I can scan and send you if you want. There are a few screws that are hidden that must be removed.
Also, just incase you didn't know, most 6x9 speakers won't fit(they are too deep). I had to go with 6.5 inch round and use an adaptor. It allowed a perfect fit with no drilling required.

Yes, there are 6x9 in the rear deck and the front doors, at least in the gen 5.
The two in the dash are 3.5 inch, I think. The 6x9s that are stock, non-JBL, are really cheap. I would estimate the entire speaker weighs about 3 or 4 ounces. It's a very shallow 6x9 speaker and I couldn't find an aftermarket one that would fit so I went with 6.5 inch round.
I used the "Scosche SAT69 Custom-Fit Speaker Adapter" from cardomain.
It says it's for the Tocoma truck but it's a perfect fit for the Gen 5 Camry too. If you want a good laugh I'll post a picture of the stock 6x9 I took out.
