Exclamation 02' CD Player Problem

Ok, I wonder if this is a sign. Its taking the CD in, and making a loud click. Whats that mean? After that, it just re-ejects it. It does this with all my CD's, so don't tell me that it doesn't read CD-R's, because, I know for a fact that it does.

^Yeah, that's pretty much what mine looks like too except I have a bigger screen (DDX6019) and I have the navigation system add-on.

Avalonman, I like to tinker with stuff so I would probably take it out and see if anything seems odd.
Before I bought my aftermarket stereo, I had problems with my factory radio. I took it out and guess what I found.......A QUARTER!!!! I have no idea how it got in there. I'm guessing maybe it got stuck on a CD or something. After I got the quarter out, I never had any more problems but I got tired of factory and upgraded anyway.

MrSooHoo did you do the 'little mod' so you can watch DVDs while the car is moving?

You could also go on eBay and find an used identical stereo if you cannot fix your CD player.
