HIR 9011 bulb instead of 9006 stock

I know about the the 9006 -> 9005 that was posted many times.

The same can be done with HIR. i.e. instead of using 9012 for low beam using 9011. (just have to modify the top tab).

But per reports HIR's are much brighter so would putting the low beams to 9011 bulbs be a good idea? (they still are 65 Watts). These bulbs aer expensive so I can't expriment.

I am not going for HID's (as without projector that is just bad for other drivers)

I got the HIR bulbs to replace my high beams in my Gen6.

It's definitely a pretty expensive bulb, but I'd say it's not a huge amount brighter. I guess it's the best alternative to an HID kit or getting Silverstars.
