Unfortunately with the SE, the only option you have is to get some Yosemite Sam flaps from AutoZone... The body kit doesn't allow the use of molded mud flaps.
In 3000 short miles, some winter/snow driving, my SE had all kinds of paint chipped and peeling on the inside of the wheel wells where the body kit wrapped in... Maybe you've noticed the inner fender liner of most cars today is plastic... In the plastic (or inside of mud flaps for that matter) you can actually see grooves where the tire treads are from flinging crap off the tire.
That said, there's A LOT of abuse in this area of the car by design... Good luck getting plastic film to stick for a long period of time. You could keep changing it out every few months, by why? 99% of all SE's on the road will have the same type of inner wheel paint damage.
