Blackberry Curve 8320 and Toyota Bluetooth

So i made the switch from Verizon to Tmobile so I could buy the Curve, and I finally thought that I would be able to sync my address book with my Toyota Camry without any problems via bluetooth, but I think I hit a snag. Apparently the bluetooth system is only capable of accepting one phonebook entry at a time while the BB only has the option of sending the entire phonebook at one time. This results only the first entry being successfully sent (which is 411).

Is there anyway around this, or can anyone verify that my suspicion is correct?

Unlike before, when i receive an incoming phone call, it would display the number. Now it just displays "No Name" which is also annoying.

i have a verizon phone and had no problem getting my phone book loaded to my camry, granted i could only send 10 numbers at a time but it allowed me to select which ones i wanted sent.

btw my phone is a LG VX8600

Blackberry's are notoriously behind the times for bluetooth profiles (capabilities). That said, my 8700 and 7290 both had the ability to send one at a time.

Sounds like a typical carrier block on native functionality. Either way, it is a phone issue not car system issue so I recommend searching forums.wirelessadvisor.com and howardforums.com

Good luck.
