Do all the new Camry's have 6 gears?

Hopefully somebody will answer this one fast cause me and my girl are looking at purchasing one.

Do all the auto tranny v-6 Camry's have the 6 gear transmission with '20% fewer parts'?

Yes, all V6's have the 6-speed. The 4-cyls have the 5-speed auto, or 5-speed manual

I was browsing through some websites and saw a v-6 model listed with a 5 speed tranny...
I thought it was a misprint.

If all goes well, my girl will be out of her 4 cly camry, and into a a loaded v-6 SE by the weekend

^ That could of been an older model, the Gen 5-5.5. The V6s only came with a 5-spd auto.

In tipTronic it goes up to 5, the six gear is drive.

Tiptronic is a term coined by VW/Audi/Porche. But when in sport, you can manually select gears 1-6. I think what you mean to say is that 6th gear is an overdrive gear? Besides 6th, 5th gear seems pretty darn tall to me, too.
