when i got this camry the engine support was completly broken..

I've got the same exact problem. Dealer also recommending replacing the engine supports (which costs a lot a money) which I very much doubt.

Remove the duct to the air cleaner so you can see the throttle area. It will be dirty. Try to clean it with carb cleaner or other similar solvent. The idle is perhaps a little slow. Someone else here can offer a suggestion how to increase idle speed on that engine. If not, the dealer can do it. Perhaps 700 rpm would be enough to settle it.

If rough idle continues, other problems could exist. A burned exhaust valve is a possibility but remote at this mileage.

The Mass Air Flow sensor sits between the air cleaner and the throttle body. It converts the air flow into an electrical signal that goes to the ECM to determine the amount of fuel to use, when to inject it, etc.

You can remove it in less than a minute and then spray/clean with MAF sensor cleaner.

gdanher has explained the thottle body procedure and you can SEARCH for more info.
