Paint my grille?

Today I was parked in front of a gen 6 camry where the entire grille is painted with the same color as the car and I thought to myself that may look good on my 05 LE i4. Mine is all crome with stripes. Do you think it would like nice if I painted the inner stripes black and leave the outter surroundings and the toyota emblem to be chrome like the SE grille? Or should I paint the entire thing to match my Lunar Mist color and leave the emblem alone?

personally, i think it would make your ride look dull. for my gen 6, i'm either gonna change out my painted grille for either an SE or hybrid Chrome one. the xle grille would make your car seemingly look more classy/luxury while the mesh one would look more sporty. depends on which route you want to go.

leave it that way. you paid for a chrome anyway after all, its what helps to set you apart from a LE exterior.

Gen 5.5 LE has same Grill as XLE (CHROME), only SE has different (BLACK MESH).

This also applies to Gen 5 as well. LE=XLE (GRILL)
