Gen6 2007 Camry HID Modification question.

I am planning to install a HID kit pretty soon in my 07 camry with halogen projectors.

I was just curious if anyone with an 07 that installed HIDs have had any problems with it or anything like that. For those that have HIDs in stock halogen projectors, would you mind posting pictures of the front view of the car with HIDs on? I am curious to how they look (either 4300k or 6000k kits) compared to the stock HIDs that come on cars (ie: Lexus). I am looking for the Lexus bright light look with the "range rover" blue tint at certain positions of the light beam.

Thanks to anyone that can help!

The beam pattern will look just like stock, but everything will be much whiter and brighter.

Shameless plug, but here's a pic of someone locally who got a kit from me in the first GB.

This is a GS300 (a '99 if i remember right)

This is what you need, a retrofit (S2K cutoff shown)
You won't get the blue/purple tinge with a kit, but retrofit = effort

Here's what my McCulloch 5000K HID kit looked like:

Here's what my Lexus RX330 projectors with Phillips D2S 4300K bulbs looks like:

Problems with HID kit:
1.) Blinding glare to everyone until I covered the squirrel spotters.
2.) "OEM HID envy" when ever a BMW, Lexus, Acura, Infinity, or other OEM HID equipped car passed me by and made my lights look inferior.

Other than that the HID kit was good. They look much better than the blue coated halogen bulbs.

Your picture made me do a double take, until I saw where you were from. That cut-off line picture just looks backwards...
