Replacing Upper engine moulding/engine moving control rod

My 03' 2.4's upper engine moulding has wore out, I intended to replace it by myself. It look pretty easy, just unscrew the 3 nuts but is there any special attention when tightening them back?

Remember to support the engine first (before loosening the bolts) using a floor jack with a piece of 2 X 4 (to spread the load) placed under the oil pan.

Mike

I dont think it need a floor jack because it is the upper moulding located at the top left of the engine bay. It use to control the movement of the upper engine.

I understand what you are saying, but it is still best to support the engine using a floor jack and a piece of 2 X 4 uner the oil pan. This mount is removed by professional Toyota techs when your timing belt is replaced at a dealership, and they always support the engine before removing it.
