I finally got my foglights. So now I have to cut out the covers, they don't pop out..Any suggestions? Also does anyone have the wiring installation guide?

Yeah, I had to cut holes in my bumper too. Not hard just takes time and basic technique.

Please do a search for lights ... I posted detailed information with pictures on how I cut the bumper and so did other people.
It is easier to install than you might think ...
Yea, I think I know better to use the search BUTTON! I've been on here long enough..I saw your thread, it wasn't all that helpful but thanx! Your good help!

I am sorry it wasn't much help but hopefully it gave you an idea .... It was difficult to stop frequently enough to take pictures .... Once one keeps going one forgets about the pictures ... So are you going to do it soon ? Hopefully you will get to take some pictures for the others .... We can add the information the others left out and have a complete guide if we keep adding information.

I'd like to say thank you for being an adult about what i said before. Most people would just respond trying to be disrespectful or in other words an a**hole. I'll definitely be taking pictures of my modifications and installations. I have a buddy who has a lift. So I'm gonna try to just cut the bumper while its on there. We'll see about that..That's he's idea not mine. I rather just remove the bumper. Did you have the bumper clamped down to anything?

I took the bumper completely out, and that was not a good idea. The bumper is huge. Even though I tried to protect the surface while I was working on it, I did manage to scuff and scratch it as I was turning it around Since it already had quite a few scratches that did not bother me too much, but if I did it again, I would have taped some protective cover to the face of it.
I do not think that it will be easy to attach the brackets to the back of the bumper if you hoist the car up and work through the small opening at the bottom but depending on how you want to do it maybe it will work for you. I used JB Weld and of course it leaks towards bottom (for the lack of a better word) So the bumper had to be facing down even then for the sides I had to use adhesive tape to cover the HB Weld so that it would not just leak away from the areas it is supposed to glue.
To add injury to insult, today I saw a 2003 Japanese Camry at the dealership I got my car, with ABS brakes, 92,000 KM's (Roughy 60K Miles) for 15,800 Only ! I paid 17,600 for mine and it does not have ABS Of course the japanese camry has the tabs to install the fog lights ! I could have saved 2K If I waited 6 months .. oh well I love my camry
Good luck with it .... And it is easy to cut the holes big .... start small and then file it down or something .....

Yeah, it sucks when you see a car with more features for the same price or sometimes lower than what you payed for yours. But it is impossible for everyone to get the best deal and it also depends on the dealer's situation.
On a side note, I removed my bumper and I took it into the house. I put it under a big towel to stop it from getting scuffed. There was bumper fragments all over the place when I got done. I just cleaned it up. No harm, no foul.
I used industrial strength epoxy and it never even looked like it wanted to budge. Very strong stuff. Whatever you use make sure you try to scuff up the area you apply the adhesive to with sand paper. This will create a better bond than a totally smooth surface.

I've got this if anyone wants to buy it. This will allow you to make your foglights function exactly as factory. Plug and play.
PM me if interested in buying.

Witing was ultra easy ..... Relay gets grounded , and one cable goes to the battery (live) and the switch gets grounded, and you tap into a fused live wire which is only on when the ignition is on and the live cable (when the switch is on) goes to the trigger port of the relay. My switch also has the accessory lighting cable which I did not connect.
Used JB Weld ..... strong as an ox To make sure I used it twice ... gluded it once and the enxt day I reinforced it .. It runs though .. I used adhesive tape tape to keep it in place .....
