5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Think of Sportivo is an additional "sporty" trim level that is used down in Australia and New Zealand and those places.
I believe there is a teflon additive in these Sportivo stickers and reduces drag and therefore helps top end speed. Also laced with a hydrogenated vinyl, wherein the hydrogen atoms lighten the weight of the sticker and the vehicle, for greater response and improved cornering. My hats goes off to Lexxther for scoring one of these high-performance stick-ons.

Your a pretty fart smeller, will it help with my tranny flare???

If they did, I'd be in line to buy 'em myself. And wait... did you just call me "pretty"?
Those Aussie's are more daring with their vehicles... the Sportivo line is evidence of it. We had considered getting some of the chrome "Sportivo" emblems to put on our Camrys. Y'know, for performance reasons of course.
I'm not sure I'm crazy about these decals, by the way, but at least they're not huge or anything, like the "IROC" logos on the side of a mid-80's Camaro. To each their own. And hey, when Lexxther backs it with some real Sportivo stuff (like a TRD supercharger from down under), we'll all be envious.

gayest mod EVER. this is on par with port holes and sunroof decals.
Oh, c'mon now... even if you don't like any specific vinyl graphic, it's still just a vinyl graphic. If you don't like a vinyl graphic, you remove it and move on your way.
Now, if you had a huge "22" orange vinyl decal on your 1986 Monte Carlo, which is in turn painted bright lime green and rolling on high-altitude 22" chrome anchors, I'd be inclined to agree with you.

The Aussie's are famous for their Sportivo package. The Sportivo includes their awesome bodykit, which I don't think they have it for this generation Camry yet.
