Yet another version of smoked out tails on 07 Camry (pics)

Had to do something about the taillights since the headlights are black.
Here is another version of the smoked taillights on an 07 camry.
We didn’t want to go to dark here are pics.

the trunk looks so bland... maybe because it's white... I would recommend a lip spoiler... nice touch on the smoke outs

thanks for the comments guys.

i had a paint guy do them for me.

he used black toner and clear coat mixed then added clear on top of that.

he did a pretty good job on the paint but left a small drip on the corner of a light.
its not that noticible unless you pay close attention.

It looks really nice.

I'm going to do the same thing to the lights on my Formula. My current taillight covers are really bothering the cops in the Midwest.

yeah this is the reason why i didnt want to go too dark specially since the wife drives it most of the time.

are the ones in your formula full black? ive seen pictures of it in your link but cant remember seen the lights.

Edit: i just checked out your formula and that color of your lights blend in good with your car. but it always comes down to the law.

Yep, completely black.

I've never had a problem in any state other than Minnesota and Wisconsin. The car has been in about 20 states without any problems except for those two.

Just move to Southern California, we don't have any problems beside the Earthquake, Wild Fires, Over-population, Traffic, Gangsters....but we have beautiful weather.
Sorry to the OP, I go off-topic again.
