I doubt you could find carbon fiber that thin to begin with unless it was simulated. I'm talking about the general idea of having a different-colored roof.

It's not a bad idea - the problem is that the Gen6 rear window is too wide. The way that the body and bumper panels are shaped and fitted on the Gen6 does not really allow for any "clean-looking" different color vinyls to be applied unless you go multi-piece.
