Any good realible HID installer location in Southern California, more specially between Ontario, Pomona, San Gabrield, Rowland Heights, etc?
By saying HID installer, do you mean HID kit or retrofit?
For HID kit you can either plug-n-play the kit yourselve or any local stereo shop will do it for a small fee between $50 to $80.
For retrofit, you can reach out to a moderator name JSM1284, he has a pair of headlight that already been retrofit that you can swap out with your headlights.
Good luck.

All I will say is be careful. Not any commentary on the posters in this thread or on TN in general, but here is my story:
Some time ago when I had my Passat, I was looking for help and ideally a lift for my spring install. A member on Vortex offered his "buddy's shop with lift" for an after hours session to get them installed. "Bring a case, and let's get it done" I was told. Once it was on the lift and taken apart, the guy who supposedly owned the shop told me the charge for using the shop because "his boss would make him account for it."
I was beside myself. I negotiated a lower amount, since it was supposed to be free to begin with and we continued. We decided to divide and conquer so I took the rears and the "guy with the shop who is an ASE mechanic" took the front. He was having trouble getting the spring out and broke a part. I forget what it was, but it cost me $289 for a replacement (his cost) at a yard. He expected me to pay 100% for it since he was "doing me a favor."
Turns out, it broke because he did it wrong. The the icing on the cake is once all monies are settled and I drive off with my lowered Passat, it starts making all kinds of noises in the front passenger side. Turns out he re-installed the strut assembly rotated from the proper position and it was causing all kinds of havoc. That cost me $150 to get fixed at a reputable shop.
Long story short is that my attempt to get enthusiast help from the internet and save some money cost me twice what a shop would have charged me and a day without my car since I had to wait for the part.
I've had other experiences that were good doing similar GTG installs, but this one was enough to invoke a Pavlovian response first.

I went poor man's version of HID and got the mtec bulbs off ebay. Those satify the fact I hate that yellow halogen bulbs color and actually make it look white. Still not as bright as HID, but that will do for now...

i really wanna get rid of the yellow
In terms of brightness, i would say comparable. It isn't brighter than the stock. But it defintely white and not yellow.
I left the stock fog halogen bulb on there (it is the same bulb as the low beam). You could really tell the difference from the yellow to white. I mean really noticeable. haha
