Gen5 Headlights on a 5 gen

What can I do to remove like hazey look on the outside of my headlights? I started noticing this when I wash my car, my brother tells me some rubbing compound should do the trick with a buffer. I haven't tried it I just wanted other fellow camry owners and what ya'll think.

Also I was looking into buying a new bumper with the Fog lights, I drive a LE, would a SE with foglights fit the LE?

Thanks!

Thanks for the quick replys guys I really appreciate it.

As for the bumper apparently the 5.5Gen bumper will fit the 5Gen so I will give that a try. I looked it up on Certifit.com catalog and apparently they sell a 2002 SE with fog light front bumper cover, i'm gonna order that and the right fender since I have a dent on it.

I tried doing that, and failed so baddly! What you may want to do is try to ask a pro to do that for you.
