Unhappy New tire

When I was driving to school this morning, I hit a curb by accident. At first I thought I fucked up my rims but when I pulled up into the parking lot I noticed that the curb took a chunk off the sidewall. I could hear air leaking out of the tire, anyway I went ahead and attepted to put on a spare I got all the lugs off except the wheellock, the key had a 19mm socket so I tired using paper and a plastic bag to act as a filliment for the stock lugwrench. Anyway a friend ended up driving me to Kregan to buy a lugwrench, I got the one with 4 different socket sizes. Took the car to wheelworks to get a new tire(wasn't going to attempt to fix it) As I was cleaning out the trunk to reseat the spare I noticed a bag, and inside the bag was a 19mm lugwrench. Don't you just hate that? Also its kind of annoying having one tire stick out. Wheelworks didn't have a Avid v4s in 215/45/17 so I had to settle with h4s though the other three tires are yoko a500v with at least 80% thread left. Blah.
---
Also whats a good candy to give out tomorrow night.

That sucks.

It's also a reason that I made sure I had everything needed when I purchased my car.

I don't go through owner's manuals anymore but people should. When my Mom purchased her Highlander I went through the manual with her and showed her where everything was. It's very important, as you found out.

Wow, they sold you just one tire when the opposite one was 20% worn? And it wasn't even the same tire? If anything bad happens, just make sure you sue them for a bazillion dollars. That should teach them.

If it was on the front I would recommend you do alignment in the car...

I got a free alignment inspection, and it was off, I didn't have time today to get it done (had to get back to school). I gotta find time to get it done. D:

i don't see what the big deal is.. a customer wants to buy one tire, he gets one tire. What could go wrong with one new tire instead of two??

Another incorrect post laced with the "everybody owes me" mentality.

It's not like he installed different sized tires and then mixed a bias ply with a radial.

My lock key is 19mm, the provided iron is 21mm I think. I just know it's the next size up.

The tire store installed one H rated tire with the 3 V rated tires. Not good.

The sueing thing was an attempt at humor.

They didn't have any Vs on yokos for that size, it was H and W so I decided to get an H. Common they don't make the a550v anymore and the speed difference between H and V is only 10mph, 16klicks?

Sueing would be haha.
