Gen6 Trunk tail light for 08 camry crooked?

Hi, I am new to this forum but i have a question. Is anyone's trunk taillight crooked? for example, theres a gap between the tail light and the trunk. i have an 08 camry. can someone check that for me?

ill go get a camera and take some pictures soon. i'm going into dealer in about an hour to get it fixed. i didn't even notice it when i bought it but the gap is huge!

You mention taillight (singular).

Did you look at both taillights or just one?

Are they the same?

The lights mounted on the trunk are set in a recess!!!!!!!

well i went to the dealership. they said mine both did look crooked. so we went to look at other 08 camrys. Some were less crooked, some were perfect, some were as crooked as mine. They said they can't do anything about it cause the bolts and holes were already drilled. You guys should go check yours out to see if yours are crooked also.

It looks like they arn't seated all the way. The back of my lights are almost flush with the deck surface with a very small reveal around.

id go to the dealer and have them fix it. it should not be like that at all
