Leather Cleaner

Hey guys i just wanted to know what everyone uses to clean and maintain their leather seats. I am big fan of Meguiars and Mothers cleaning products and been using Meguiars leather cleaner since i bought my car, but is there any stuff that helps maintain the leather longer/better. Im saving up for tints to help reduce the sun damage to it but till then any suggestions would be much apperciated.

i use Meguiars, and it is a protectant and a cleaner all in one...so you're fine. Tints will help a lot too.

+1

I have used it for some time now and it works great! I have really light grey leather too, which is harder to keep looking clean and new.

I like the Meguiars cleaner/protector a lot and use it. But if you want to really, really recondition your seats use mink oil. I have a big tub of it I purchases many, many years ago at Tandy Leather. The stuff lasts forever and never seems to dry out.

I'm not sure I would buy it again though, because it is made from skinned minks. But it is the best stuff by far for leather.

Maybe there is an equivalent alternative?

Yea i think i might just stick to meguiars, it seems to work but i have to put it on at least once a week. My leather still looks mint, the day i picked it up from the dealership which was only a month ago but still.
