okay so maybe i'm being a little critical, but lately i've noticed a small annoyance with acceleration... basically it goes like this... i'll press the accelerator a certain amount, say 20% or so to accelerate from a dead stop... the car will accelerate, all is well, it'll shift from 1st to 2nd at whatever speed, but then here is where the issue lies... after the shift occurs, it seems as if the car loses power and requires more acceleration... in other words, in order to keep accelerating after the shift, i'll have to press the accelerator in more in order to maintain the acceleration, like if i have it pressed in 20% from the stop, after the shift i'll have to press it in 30% or else it will stop accelerating after it shifts or so it seems... the same thing happens after shifting from 2nd to 3rd... it's almost as if i lift my foot off of the accelerator after shifting, as the car basically just coasts, and the whole time i have the accelerator depressed... has anyone else experienced this? what could be causing it... maybe the throttle body is just dirty, or could it be a faulty TPS? all input appreciated...

i expearianced something like this lastnight and the last few starts that it was cold outside (engine warm or not)...but it did disappear after i drove for awhile..
find the right sized wrench for the negative terminal bolt..and undo it, then pop the cable off. just becareful not to touch the wrench to any metal surfaces, or you'll feel a bigass shock..which could kill you.
Yep, just use a 10mm wrench/socket and ratchet to disconnect the negative battery cable. Smoke a cigarette (or masturbate), then reconnect the cable to the battery.
