I took my car in because I was having problems with the car pulling to the left so they gave me an alignment. A couple of hundred miles later, it is having the same problem as well as others such as the brake noise, the rubber noise from the rear struts and my moonroof rattling. I tried taking it to the dealer this past weekend to get it serviced while I was getting my complementary oil change, however, they said that they are going to charge me 59.95 for the brakes and depending on the other issues, that they are going to charge me. While searching on the forums I saw all the TSB's and noticed my car is eligible for some of the issues, but if my car falls outside the criteria, after I called this morning, I was told that they are going to still charge me. I feel this is unfair.
On a different note - thanks to this forum I found out that my car's irregular RPM when it shifts as well as downshifting is NOT "normal" like the dealer said, so that's another issue I have yet to bring up to them.

With the car being that new you are not obligated to pay for anything that is defective.
Talk to the Service Manager. If he doesn't make it right, see the General Manager. If that doesn't work find a new dealer.

If you were still under the factory warntee then you might "might" get the dealer if he is a good one to address the TSB even if the vehicle had not actually developed the issue.
Sad thing is allot of dealers say sure we will fix it and nothing is done they say we could not locate the problem or the noise. Usually your car is taken to the garage parking lot and it sits for the day and they send it home end of story. If you have a dealer who will take care of things like that buy the man a beer. Look for another dealer. I had 17 TSB's on a new Grand Cherokee and I got one fixed after hell raising because it envolved the steering. They even told me they fixed one which was a NHTSB recall and it was never touched. I sold the vehicle and took a 10K hit but screw Chrysler they are junk.

TSB's are for diagnosing problems. If you don't have the problem, there is no reason to even look at the TSB because there is nothing to diagnose. Your reply doesnt' make any sense at all.
I don't know of any dealer that lets a car sit so they can claim that they did something to it that they didn't. If you act as your reply suggests, I wouldn't blame them though.
Owning a Jeep gives you no credibility for a completely different car line.
Your reply seems to be for spreading your personal agenda, and not the facts.
Your reply sucks based on it's inaccurate content.
