So I had an oil change probably like 2-3 months ago when it was 43000. After the oil change they changed the sticker for when my nxt oil change is gunna be which is 58000. I was pondering on my way home why the hell is it 15000 to my nxt oil change. I thought u change ur oil every 3000 or 5000. I talked to a service rep not too long ago cuz my maint light lighted up they said oh just come on in and we will reset it(come on reset it and not tell me to oil change) I talked to a guy who worked at a Toyota that I could possible due Toyota Dealer for recklessly trying to damage my engine. Is this possible?? I hope so because that is messed up they want me to fry my engine so I would be forced to repalce it
you have no grounds to sue.....nothing has happened, and you caught it before the problem occured..why would you trust a sticker anyway? when you get the oil changed take note of your mileage, then in 3 or 5k go back in...
They have proof that I always do what the sticker in my car they put for my nxt oil change and they know that I only go there for oil change on my car. For them to say my nxt oil change is 15000 is riduculous. Plus I called them that my main light lighted up and they said oh we will reset for u they didn't tell me to oil change

Wow.
Someone makes a simple mistake writing something down incorrectly and you want to sue? He accidentaly writes down 58,000 miles instead of 48,000 miles, the maintenance light STILL comes on and you think that the dealer is the one with the problem?
You should sue your Mom. That makes much more sense.
You were never taught values properly. You think that everyone else is to blame if you can't use your head at all.
I can't believe that you aren't dead because you forgot to breathe or something...

i wont even read the other responses till i post this:
if your trying to sue for a stupid sticker that they made an honest mistake on then you really need help.
learn to count on your own if someone else made a mistake.
that is the stupidest reason to try and sue a dealer it will sound like this:
"I knew i needed an oil change before the mileage on the sticker but i said ohh well ill do it when the sticker tells me too....."
the only one responsible for possibly frying an engine in this situation is you. so go ahead and try it then go to court and fight for negligence of the dealer and stupidity of the driver, maybe youll win.
I think when you called and report your Maintenance Light was on, the guy you spoke with probably misunderstood and thought that you were referring to the Check Engine Light. My dealer shut that off for free on my last car. I dont think their intention was to ever shut the light off without doing the recommended service.

^Just a simple question and he got his answer. Leave him alone TRD VVTi!!!!!
Naw, I'm just kidding this time. This guy deserves all the replies he got especially for his exceptional muffling of the English language.

Damn guys, I could have sued the TRD company cuz the sticker is supposed to boost HP gain, and all it did was increase the drag on my car. Damn fakers.
EDIT: While I'm at it, I'm gonna sue the Tornado Fuel saver manufacturers too.
