TRD Wheels

Was thinking about getting some TRD wheels for my 07 camry. I like the 19" 5-spoke TRD wheels that come optional on the 08 XB. Will these have any fit issues on my camry? or will they fit perfect? any one know? i was just at the dealership and they said it wouldn't fit. but i looked up the camry and xb on tirerack and seems like they both have the same bolt pattern. not sure. please let me know if anyone can confirm if they fit or not. thanks

It won't fit. XB has 5x110 but the Camry has 5x114.3
If you really want those rims you'll have to use the wheel adapters but I don't recommend it.
This must be the rims you are talking about.

Hey Lammi, since you know so much about wheels, i have a question for you. I really like the 2007 Infinity g35 hypersilver 18 inch stock wheels. it has the same bolt pattern as the camry but a little difference in the offset and it is staggered. will it fit the 2007 camry? thanks.

I think someone has tired it, but then I believe you'd encounter some oversteer due to the rear tires being wider then front.

you would encounter understeer more than oversteer because the camry is fwd.
the staggered tires will just increase the tendency for the camry to understeer.

I think the rear rubs, but using front rims should be okay

+1 on what Moky and Netforcer said.
First of all, I don't know much about wheels. I just love them. On this forum, I would said the experts are Epsilon, Moky, Netforcer and a few more members that I couldn't remember at the moment.
I agreed with Moky, that's why you should buy the non-staggered (same width all 4 wheels).
Here is the link on ebay. It will fit because they are 18x8 +42 offset.

yangt0720 .. the trd rims do fit on the 07 camry they have no rubbing at all .. we had them on a 07 se with trd springs for like a week .. cuz one of my techs at toyota wanted to see how they would look on his car and how they would ride he loved them but i had to take them for my 08 xb show car. for the dealership .. but he ordered him some .. and since his is a white 07 se we are having his powdercoated white to make them pop against the polished lip and go with the white on white look .. the 08 xb has a 5x114.3 and they do fit . the offset is a little weird being 48 but it works but not by much . hope this helps . oh and we are running 235/35/19 nitto invo tires

i would love to see that white on white look. ive seen it done for some GS400s and they look good, but then again it also depends on the style.

if it is a 19x8.5 with 235/35/19 and 5x114.3pcd with offset of +48 it should still fit.

Btw, welcome back.

www.imageshack.us

just go there..

once you brouse, find the file and upload, it'll give you a bunch of links.. use the one that says "Hotlink for Fourms" it'll be the 1st or 2nd one..

p.s make sure you resize for 640x480. so it wont oversize the whole page
(the resize option is before you hit the upload button)
