install is about 15 - 20 mins total, prep work is another 15-20 mins. This includes placing your car onto a ramp, then waiting for the exhaust to cool a bit before attempting so you don't burn yourself. Then removing the original bar, then greasing up the new one and placing it in.
Yeah middle setting was the choice, I wasn't sure if the outter or inner settings would be stiffer.
The drive was nice. 1st turn was done at 35 on a 15 mile turn. fun stuff.
