lug nuts?

my gut instinct tells me not to trust ebay with the small pieces of metal that keep my wheels on my car and me from dying....are ebay lug nuts ok?

-edit: while were on the subject, are factory replica wheels ok or no?

Depends on the brand, if they are a name brand they may be okay, however I wouldn't buy a cheapo $0.99 set from China.

^What he said. When it comes to ebay, price, brand, and seller location are good indications of quality.

I'm using TRD lugnuts which work great. I believe that they are made by Motegi.

Do you also have the TRD valve stem covers and license plate screws?

Nope, mine are better. I have BBS valve stem covers that actually cover the ENTIRE valve stem and polished stainless steel license plate bolts with my polished stainless steel license plate frame.

I used to the the same TRD license plate frame as you until it started corroding.

I have similar covers that came with my rims and tires. I'm looking at replacing the rear license plate holder with something else as well, a bit too much chrome for me.

E bay for lug nuts? Noooo. You need a decent manuf that has something to lose. Are you going to buy some Chinamen crapola to hold your wheels On? To me, the answer is no! Buy the good ones, from toyota even!
