Well here is the spec for the 2 tires:
215-60-16 --> Overall diameter=26.16 and section width=8.46
235-35-19 --> Overall diameter=25.48 and Section Width=9.25
245-35-19 --> Overall diameter=25.75 and Section Width=9.65
235-45-18 --> Overall diameter=26.33 and section width=9.25 This is my GS rims/tires
So yes, I would go with 245-35-19 because 235-35-19 is a little too small for stock specs. Also, your rims are 8.5 wide with +45 offset so you have nothing to worry about.

Because of the offset being +45 that's why I think you would be fine with 245-35-19. If you had +40 or less offset I would said go with 235/35/19.

Yeah, you might have rubbing issues with the lower offset and a drop. I believe Epsilon stated that there hardly isn't any fender to roll as well.

I have the same wheel and tire setup as Moky except I'm on 45 offset just like you. You should be totally fine with 245/35. My next tires are gonna be 245/40/19.

He should be fine as far as fitment goes. But he will not get that VIP flush look because the rims is 19x8 and the offset is +48 which is high.
