Vibration with new wheels and tires?

Hi everyone,

I have an 05 Camry LE 4cyl.
I upgraded by 15in steelies with a set of 17x7 Rage Ravens with 235/50R17 Falken 912's.

I noticed that my steering wheel is more responsive to the road now. Seems to feel the contour of the road the steering wheel.

When I go above 60, I feel an obvious vibration on the steering wheel. But sometimes it doesn't vibrate probably because the road is perfectly flat. 60 and below feels fine. Sometimes I feel like my front end is floating sort of speak. Very weird.

The wheels came with hub-centric rings and they were installed. Everything is torqued to 80ft lbs.

So does this sound normal?
Could it be a balance issue?
Just stiff tires?
Suspension wasn't made for bigger wheels with lower profile tires?

Edit: Should I try rotating the wheels to possibly get a good pair the front first?
