Gen5 Exact Tire Pressure?

Whats up? I wanted to know from you guys if i should still be filling my tires on my 05 se v6 up to what is required 32psi or the max 35psi. With all the tires at 32psi i feel like i'm using more gas even though i do have a v6 and it does burn more gas than a 4cyl. Also is regular good for the se v6? I have notice a lack in power. Thanks for reading and Happy Thanksgiving.

What "max 35 psi" are you talking about?????????

I run mine at 35-36 psi all the time.

No adverse wear patterns, a little better gas mileage, a little firmer ride.

You double posted also...................

run them at 6lbs on the right side, will help your cornering...and 10lbs on the left! You'll be loose in the corners until your tires get some heat into them though..so take it easy...

run them at 33.5PSI

What is the max press as noted on your tire?? That is the safest maximum pressure to use.

Manufacturers recommend a lower pressure because softer tires provide a softer ride. Personally I prefer higher tire PSI for longer tire life, better handling, and better gas mileage. It's a balancing act, comfort versus performance.

I recommend that you run as high of a pressure that you're comfortable with up to the max pressure on the side of the tires.

I usually use 35-40 PSI. I use less if I take off into the mountains for some enthusiastic driving.
