2007 Camry V6 oil filter wrench??

I bought a 65/67mm oil filter wrench to remove my filter canister, but it's too large and slips. What do the Toyota technicians use and where can I purchase one? Thanks...

The search function in this forum is working fine. I used it and found this previous thread for you:

i use an oil filter wrench that looks like a large pair of channel lock pliers. this way its universal enough to use on multiple vehicles.

haha
easy solution

the canister comes off in one piece, so i use a standard socket wrench with an extension and remove the whole canister by inserting the extension square tip into the canister square indentation and twisting counterclockwise....works like a charm, but watch the hot oil spill....its a little messier than the standard method, but it works....clean the canister, change the large O ring gasket, insert new filter, and put ir back on hand tight, and tighten the canister further by tightening clockwise with the socket wrench/extension

That's not the way it works on my 07. The 3/8" square indentation removes the housing drain plug to drain the cannister, then I need the tool to remove the filter cannister housing.
You may have your cannister drain plug on so tight that you can actually remove the housing with your ratchet and extension???

Usually the drain plug IS too tight to remove seperate from the housing. When trying to remove it, the whole housing comes out.
