Gen5 Installation instructions for ground effects kit Gen 5.5?

Long story...

I was let go last April and had received my SE kit 2 days before I was shown the door. When I got everything home I realized that I was missing some of the fasteners in the box as well as the instructions. I emailed the seller and he said he would send it out if he could find an additional set. Months go by and nothing ever comes.

Flash forward to last Monday...

I went by my old workplace for the first time since I was let go and one of the office girls said "Hey... you've had a box here forever!" It was the missing fasteners. Thanks for letting me know old workplace!

So after 7 months I have all the parts... but no instructions and no way of contacting the original seller. I know I'll have to drill some holes in the fender and underneath for the upfront pieces.

By any chance does anyone have the actual install instructions? I know they exist... but I did not see it on the Camry Manual website. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I've never seen instructions with any of the parts. I know that they don't come with the spats.

Have you even looked at the parts? Installation is pretty much self explanatory.

Not since last April!

There is an official Toyota install sheet with it. I think on the two front end pieces you may have to drill underneath to secure them. Did you install all of your or only the side skirts?

I've never installed it, but I've replaced pieces.

Drink a beer. Look at the parts. Mock them up on the car. Drill in the appropriate spots. Remove the protective tape covering and press part onto the car. Install the screws/rivots/retainers. Stand back and admire your work while drinking beer.

uhmm....my spats had little brackets on them that line up with existing bolts on the bumper (or the plastic under the bumper, i dont remember....its been a year....) but it was pretty much hold the spat up to the bumper and you could see the hole where it should line up...if i remember correctly.

The front spats do have a flimsy plastic bracket that does line up with a fastener for the lower/under car splash shields. However, there still has to be a hole drilled for the rivot at the end of the spat towards the center of the car. There is also a screw that gets installed in the wheel well. Double sided tape is also used where the spat contacts the bumper cover.

Basically, the front spats, side skirts, and rear spats are all installed the same way.

Found it! The Toyota dealership put the instructions in the box I just got. I made a pdf in Photoshop. Hope this works. Let me know if anyone can't read this...
