5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I have had enough with my car. I had to trade in my 07 CE 5spd for a...
...2007 LE V6. I had a major problem with the seat. It is the most uncomfortable seat that I have ever sat in. It has no lumbar or thigh support. It was really hurting my back! I saw a couple of leftover 07 Camrys at the dealership. I test drove the V6 and WOW!!!! After 4 hours of haggling I felt like I got a good deal. The MSRP was $26709 I paid about $23k after the $750 rebate. The car has the V6, JBL audio, sunroof, floormats, and alloy wheels. Here are a few pics of the car. Sorry about the dirty floormats. I didn't clean them before putting them in the new Camry.
Looks great! You definitely got a good deal, I believe I paid about $22,800 for mine although mine didn't have those options. Great upgrade from an I4 CE!
I'm trying to picture which street your on, since I deliver around Concord all the time, but it doesn't look familiar, lol. Although I'll keep an eye out for it
BTW, I had to take off my rims for the winter so I'm back to the stock steelies with hub caps

Thanks!
I feel like I went from a nice car to a great car! My wife is already trying to take it! Her Mazda3 is a lot of fun to drive but not nearly as comfy as the Camry.
BTW I am not far from Walker school and White's park.

I don't have the steelies anymore. I have the set of alloys on the car and a set of SE wheels that I bought from Epsilon. I'm not sure which ones to keep. I also have the 16" Michelins from the CE.
I know where those two are, but then again there are lots of streets in between, but theres no need for you to post on a public forum which street you live on, I'm sure I will find out tonight when i'm out and about if your car is home
I didn't want to be to specific!

Reason: Too many quotes

If you have both sets, and you want to sell one, for the right price I may want to pick up a set, either the 16" or 17". I actually prefer the 16" hehe.
Are the ones from the CE the stock all seasons? Or are they winter tires?

hehe, I don't blame you.
And a bit off topic here, but I'm sure you want your car to look good in the winter. Theres a new car wash that just opened up on Loudon Road across from Shaws, which is a touch free one (a must for new cars!). I went there on Friday to get it clean after the snow storm, and it did a great job for not even touching the car.

The dismounted tires I have and the tires on the car are the Michelin Energy MXV4 S8. The set in the basement have 10k on them. The set on the car have 400 miles on them. If you are interested we probably should take it to PM.
I was wondering where to get the car washed in the winter. I've gone to Uno's but I don't care for them. I will check out the new car wash. Thanks for the tip.

Will do.
I used to go to Uno's with my '94 Camry because they were pretty cheap, but I don't want to go there with my car because it's basically asking for swirl marks and scratches. I'm hoping this new place stays open at least for the winter, they have all new equipment and such which is pretty high tech, I recommend them.
BTW, is the street your on a president's last name? (I dont want others to know what i'm talking about). Although there are two of them in that area that are, lol.
