2002 camry transmission

Its a i4 automatic transmission. When going into first gear the car shifts hard. only first gear. Could that be because of a dirty air filter or just need a trans flush or drain. the fluid isn't that dirty but looks like it could be changed. the car has 78,1XX miles on it.

I had something like this too... but after about 2 weeks or so, it just went away. Hasn't happened since.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.

have you ever had your ATF changed? I think the Camry manual suggests changing it every 80 000km which means at 78 000 miles you would be well overdue for one.
