When going into first gear the car shifts hard. only first gear. Could that be because of a dirty air filter or just need a trans flush or drain. the fluid isn't that dirty but looks like it could be changed. the car has 78,1XX miles on it.

I think the Camry manual suggests changing it every 80 000km which means at 78 000 miles you would be well overdue for one.
