Gen6 Correct bulbs

Im pretty sure anyone can answer me with the quickness so here goes foglight bulbs are h11 and so are the low beams so why are the fogs less bright than my low beam headlights i just want to replace oem bulbs with some higher output ones I got the fogs covered which will be nokya hyper yellow dont know what to dofor my low beams any suggestions lookin for sumthing bright but not hid and while im where at it how can I get rid of the turn signal cover on the headlight thanks... oh yea i aint car savvy either.... thanks fellas in advance..

They are not as bright is only an illusion caused by the type of reflector it uses.

Do you mean the amber reflector in the headlight assembly? If so, you need to bake, and dismantle the whole headlight assemblies

thanks alot JSM seems to be alot of work might just leave it there. on another note for my low beams n fogs what do u suggest just bulbs no kits

i just bought Nokya Yellow Stage 1 H11 2500K fogs but haven't installed them yet. They are said to be 55W but on the packaging came 80W for H11 with a warning on the side of the packaging recommending harness upgrades. Last thing I need is my harness melting and having to make a thread like the #%@$^% one! =)

For low beams, I've been looking into/waiting for info on GE Nighthawks -search for it- but I've read mixed for both PIAA and Silverstars

Some say you can use Silverstar ones that would be brighter then stock.

I used: http://hirheadlights.com/

Toshiba HIR bulbs, they are brighter then OEM bulbs but don't have a white/blue look to them. The color matches OEM color, but it is fairly expensive for those bulbs.
