My 02 has one for sunglasses but i put my garage door opener in it...but i have the homelink thing as well...the garage door openers are too old though and the car can't pick up the codes..
my car has the sunglasses thing....i love it
check junkyards and the dealer for the part....i know gen 5-6 come with the sunglasses thingy, but gen 4's for whatever reason have the garage door opener
also, try posting in gen 3-4...you might get lucky, someone might have one for sale

I have a 2001 with the sunglasses holder and want the door opener module. The owners manual shows how to swap it out. Did your '99 come with both? Or was one an optional purchase?

The spring on my sunglasses holder popped and fell out, now when I push the release lever, it flys open instead of slowly retracting open. Not a big deal but if its an easy fix, I would like to do it.
