Has anyone tried installing those? if so how are they and how hard is it to install? any input will be fine thanks

If you are talking about the stainless door sills, you are golden...

they are easy. Just peel off the 3M paper to the tape, place, and stick...I would recommend putting a little more 3M tape on the underside to make it stick a little better.

If you are talking about the lighted ones, thats a different story.

I installed these over the weekend. Being the newb that I am, and how I was VERY cautious about my car and its wiring, it took me at least 2 hours just to install one side! Anyway the way I wired them is such that when the driver door side is open, the door sills on both the driver and passenger driver side will illuminate. I could not figure out how to tap into the maplight for the rear passenger on the driver side. If anyone has done this, a little help would be much appreciated. Here's some pics:
