I also replaced all my maps, dome light, and door lights with the same LEDs. I would've taken a pic of those too, but my camera is sh*tty. I've also "debadged" myself. I feel a lot better about that mod too.

I paid to have my footwells done since my whole dash was being taken apart anyways.

I watched the whole thing get done, and it is exactly the same as the Footwell DIY that is on here :

Footwell light to domelight DIY

Except for one thing....

Instead of jamming a coat hanger in the overlay and running wires across, there is a small white junction box in the upper door column on the drivers side right next to the air vent. The dome light is tied into that. It took a minute for the dude to figure out which prong is the one for the dome light, but once found, he just wired it straight from there.

The best part about it is; the bulbs are cheap to replace and the shine from them is phenomenal.

I am amazed.
