Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
Hi Frendz,
After watchin the pics in gallery,I am thinking of putting Lexus GS430 wheels on my Camry 07. Any suggestion about how they roll on camry..?? I mean any problems or anything. Also if anybody coould help me with that how much do they cost and where can i get them. Any sites..??
Any suggestions would be appreciated as this is the first time me putting wheels on any Car...
There are quite a few members here have those GS430 including my car.
They fit and ride perfectly as Lexus rims are made by Toyota.
If you go with the tires size 225-45-18 or 235-45-18 then you are fine as far as quality ride goes. If the rims are good enough to be on Lexus then it is more than enough for our Toyota Camry.
You can buy those rims from a member here name Eyekutr for $850. Or you can try to buy those "Take-off" rims from any Lexus dealership.

Thanks for your prompt reply Lammy. I will try gettin in touch with Eyekutr. Couple of more questions though.
-Is he offering the same chrome rims you have on your car.?
-Also tires on your car look good. Which tires are those(Good Year,Michelin..??)
-Are they all weather tires..?? If not, could you suggest some good ones..
I will certainly give props to Eyekutr, if you are looking for factory GS or IS wheels in chrome. Mine was the 2007 GS430 (the last batch) rims in gun-metal chrome. Bought it from Lexus of Roseville, in NoCal. Cost was $500 + $80 shipping. $580 shipped to my door by UPS, and it took 3 days. The GS wheels certainly rate pretty high as one of the best set fitting on a gen-6 Camry. Like lammydi said, the rims fit perfectly...

Yes, Eyekutr offers the same chroms rims because I bought the same set from him.
The tires I have right now is Fierce HP which is a sport branch of Good Year.
They are ok tires. Here is the list I would recommend base on my own experience with these tires:
Brand - Model Score 1 to 10 (1 is worst, 10 is best)
1. Pirelli Asysmetric 9 points
2. Nitto NT555 8 points
3. Falken FK452 7 points
4. Toyo Proxes 7 points
5. Kumho 711 Ecsta 7 points
6. Fierce HP 6 points
From the list for the best overall value (price/quality) I would pick Nitto NT555. Hope this help. Good luck.

Actually ... the rims are made by Enkei in Japan!
I'd Try eBay .... 07' GS 350/430 Take-Off Rims go anywhere from $600 to $800 depending on the bidding. I went with 245/40ZR18 Toyo Proxes 4 .... couldn't be more happy ... car feels more stable and can take turns at high rates of sped!

I wish they would make those replicas in 19s.......that would be nice I think. I would get a set. As far as 18 inch replicas I would look around for OEM for that price and pay an extra 100 bucks or so... I can still get 18s in chrome for anyone interested, in fact I can get my hands on any common chrome lexus wheel. Thanks Lammy for the kind words.
