Best HID on the market

I was going to do a retro...I'm too broke, so now I'm just gonna get some HIDs and pop them in my halogen projectors. I was wondering what you guys think the best brand of HID bulbs are.BTW I was gonna go with Xenon Depot

xenon depot kits are great, not the extreme HID but the original XD kits. They use phillips ballasts and bulbs.

It's too late xenondepot now only carry xtreme kits. Unless you got $ to buy parts and put together.

BTW, I have to settle for extrem kits and it's been 6 months and going...

The extreme are not rebased OEM Phillips. They are their own brand.

Why not save your money for something else since the OEM projectors are more than adequate?

I also have the Xtreme Kit - the 4300K one. I've now had it for almost 6 months and it has not given me trouble yet.

I am really enjoying the light output. Of course it could be improved with better projector lens, but I don't have the money, time nor knowledge how to do a retrofit.

In short, for $225 you get a lot.

I also have the Xtreme HID kit (5000K). I wanted the original Xenon Depot HID kit, although they didn't have them in stock anymore. Mine have been great overall, although they aren't as bright as factory HID's with HID-style projectors, but they are a great upgrade for the price.
