How much whiter are these than stock high beams?

I have Silverstar Ultra's in my lowbeams and they are noticeably brighter than stock. I've used them in my past two cars.

You can't go wrong with them!

Toshiba HIR Bulbs, probably the brighest ones you can get without HIDs, except it doesn't have a 'white' look to it.
