Smile Newbie asking newbie questions

Wassup everyone

Hopefully i can post time to time but i am mostly a lurker.

I recently purchased a 07 Camry LE. I didnt plan on doing to many mods but since i have been looking around have been changing my mind

Future Mods:
Light tints
Auto start

Maybe:
Rims
In dash DVD/GPS/CD combo
Change speakers
Leather Kit
Spoiler
HID lights
Flood lights

I have been debating on rims. I want a set of 18in rims for the summer and keep my original 16in steelies in the winter.

1) Will i have any problems with turning?
2) Will i need o change anything? Brakes, shocks, etc and will it affect the steelies?
3) Will the car handle differently?

Non rim question
1) What is OEM?

1)Many people run 18" wheels and have no issues
2)No problem there
3)It should handle better with the 18s. Stiffer sidewalls, slightly wider tire.
OEM=Original Equipment Manufacturer
