Hi Clark,
You are correct that our Camry centerbore is 60.1mm.
In search around on Mazda forum, I found the following info:
http://www.imazda.com/forums/showthread.php?p=133839
Hub Diameters
All 4-lug Proteges: 54.1mm

All 5-lug Proteges: 67.1mm

3: 67.1mm

626: 67.1mm

6: 67.1mm

So I can only guess that the CX-7 also have 67.1mm.
So I called the 1010tires.com only to find out you have a problem.
The Hub Centric Rings (HCR) will not work in your case!!!
Here is why, the HCR is designed to work with aftermarket wheels only.
Because all manufactor wheels were designed to fit exactly onto their own inner diameter (Toyota Camry=60.1mm, Mazda CX-7=67.1mm) so when aftermarket wheels were designed they made the wheel center bore (called outer diameter) big enough to fit mutiple cars. Well, that give us the "room" to have the Hub Centric Rings sit inside.
But the CX-7 wheels were designed to fit all cars that have 67.1mm. So the "hole" of the CX-7 wheels don't have anything for the HCR to fit snuggly inside.
Sorry, in your case the HCR will not work for you.

The OD is too small.

Close but not tight!

It says 67.1 in one place and 67 in 3 places. Typical EBAY description!

If it really is 67.1, it is perfect.

If you look at aftermarket wheels, the outer diameter hole has a little deep plate to hold the Hub Centric rings. They designed it like that to hold those rings.
The stock rims don't have those "deep plate" to hold the rings because it designed to fit exactly onto its own type of vehicle.
My suggestion is you go ahead put those rims onto your car. Sometimes, it doesn't create any vibration. If it does have vibration then you can try to put those rings on.
Just make sure when it time to rotate don't let anyone else touch your rims because only you would be careful enough to make sure the rims fit tightly in the middle. The Hub Centric rings were designed to make sure the rims put onto the hub center bore is exactly in the middle of the hub center bore.
Good luck.

so hard to be different.. hahaha... you don't really need hubcentric rings... if you can center the rims perfectly

What you should do is have the tires mounted and balanced then ask if you can put those wheels on yourselve or at least stand next to the guys with a torque wrench. For our Camry, it is recommended as 77 ft/lbs. I use 80 ft/lbs but it's just me.

Clark it looks like the ring is in that wheel already so what?????? Maybe you could get a machine shop to cut something to fit from a piece of pipe just a thought. Its not a tough cut on a lathe I would guess you could get them made for $50 or less maybe in stainless.

Why would you put Mazda wheels meant for a SUV on a Camry in the first place?
