You should be fine with those tires 225 or 235-45-18. The links above is for your tires to fit the rims. My comments about "other factors" was referring to Steve's comment about 18" and 20" rims.
A head up for you, since you'll put on a wider rims in the rear with your front wheel drive, you will have more understeering because of that.
Wider rims in the rear was design to control oversteering for rear wheel car.
To do it right, you almost want to put the wider rims in the front. If you have a V6 then the problem will be even more noticeable.
