I go to university full-time, but I run a cab business on the side to get by until I finish school. Another thread in here about road rage inspired me to share a couple of my cab stories.
One saturday night i picked up this skanky looking girl downtown. She had me drive her a 30km ride out, and the cab fare came to around 45 bucks. When it was time to pay up, she just gets out of the car and crosses the street. So I do a u-turn and pull up along side her, roll my window down and politely remind her that she didn't pay the fare. She basically tells me F&*k you, I'm not going to pay and there's nothing you can do about it, and continues walking. I ask again and she laughs at me saying "you cant do SH** about it". At that point i totally lost it. I had a cold that day so there was a nice huge blob of chunky moucus in my nose. I sniffed everything there was into my mouth and BLASTED it into her face as hard as a could. It was priceless when I saw it dripping all down her nose and oozing from her lips. At that point I heard the most BLOODCURDLING shriek I ever heard in my life as she PUNCHES the car HARD. I think she must have broke her hand doing that. She then proceeds to attack my car with her purse as i drive off.

I picked up this group of four highschool jock types from a bar downtown. They had me drive them to a neighborhood that was about a ½ hr drive away. While we were driving I heard them talking about how they were going to get one of the guy’s cars to go to the McDonalds drive thru so I knew the bastards had money.
When we got to the house they told me that they just needed to go inside to get me the money. When all four of them got out of the car I got suspicious because normally one or two people would wait in the car till the other guy came back with the money. So I walked up to the house and heard them talking and laughing somewhere far away. Apparently they had cut through the backyard of that house to get to another street. If it were a $5 or $10 fare I would have let it go, but it took me 30 min to get there and would have taken another 30 min to get back. Needless to say I was PISSED
I keep a BIG ASS hammer with a rubber grip under my front seat. I ran to my car, left it running in the middle of the street, grabbed the hammer and started following the voices. It was about 3am in the morning and dead quiet so I could hear almost everything. The voices led me to a wooden picket fence that was about 7 feet high. I jumped up and hoisted my head over the fence and saw the bastards walking and laughing. But the fence was flat and high so I couldn’t really climb over it. But I saw the street they were on.
I ran back to my car and drove down the street that I saw them walking on. Just as I got to the street I see a red Kia Magentis pulling out of a driveway. I knew it HAD to be them because who else would go anywhere at 3am. I stared following the car, and the car starts flooring the gas and trying to run away from me! I got in the other lane and FLOORED the gas as hard as I could until the pedal was digging into the floor. My Camry ROCKETED past them. When I was about 2 or 3 car lengths ahead I cut them off by positioning my car as if I was making a 3 point turn. The car stopped and didn’t even try to reverse.
I grabbed the hammer again and started walking up to the car. When I got close I saw that the driver’s hands were shaking. The driver starts collecting bills from his buddies but he was too scared to roll down the window to give it to me.
Eventually he rolls down the window, pays the fare in full plus a big tip and apologizes. When I got back in my car I saw them turn around and head back to their house. I guess they had no money left for McDonalds. assholes.
